Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, in partnership with the local chapters of the College Democrats, College Republicans, and the Teenage Republicans, will present a Fort Wayne Mayoral Debate on Wednesday, Sept. 25, at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, 120 W. Jefferson Blvd. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the debate will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Taking place between incumbent Mayor Tom Henry (D) and challenger Tim Smith (R), this town-hall style debate will allow each candidate an opportunity to share their vision for our city while focusing on questions and topics that are especially of interest to our community’s young leaders.
All attendees must register and have a ticket to attend, as space will be limited.
